Purpose

Fix to visibility indicators for users for public documents
Various fixes for dragging and dropping documents
Correction to issue where selecting multiples blocks of texts and changing them to multiple separate headings was causing the blocks to have the same unique ID, resulting in inability to link to them or add tags/tasks to them as separate blocks.
- Ran migration script to correct issue on existing documents.

Testing out a new connection tools to see other references the current document is used within other documents and link directly to them (similar to bi-directional connections) —> Only available for Project AMPLE team as of now.

Release 1.1.28 (Patch for 1.1.27)

Correction to situation where search for text in one document pop out caused the same text search to apply to a different document pop out inadvertantly.
Include recently searched for tags within the recent tags list (for applying tags).
Improvement to the drop down positioning and sizing for some of the drop down menus.
Some improvements to Project AMPLE team functionality from Connections View:
